Admission

The prospectus can be obtained from the office of the college on payment of Rs.200/-. Request for prospectus by post might be accompanied by a Crossed Demand Draft of Rs. 250/- in favour of " Prem Raghu Hospital & Paramedical Institute ", payable at Hathras from any Nationalized Bank or through Money Order.

The complete application form should be submitted in the office of the college by the specified date. No forms will be accepted after the due date. The application form is common for all the course. The candidate should also mention clearly the choice of the courses & course code; during filling the form according the preference.

Procedure of Selection

Candidate will be called for an entrance exam / interview by the selection committee. The results will be declared after the interview. The selected candidates will be called according to the merit list and have to deposit the fees within the notified period, otherwise his/her admission will be passed to rest candidate in list.

LIST OF ENCLOSURES
Candidates are required to attach the following documents with completely and properly filled application form duly attested by Gazetted Officer/Head of the college last attended.

  • Attested Photocopy of High School Marksheet.
  • Attested Photocopy of High School Certificate for proof of Date of Birth.
  • Attested Photocopy of Intermediate Marksheet & certificate.
  • Attested Photocopy of Character Certificate.
  • Passport size coloured photographs affixed on the application form and five extra
  • Two self addressed (10 x 4.5) size envelops with Rs. 30/- Stamps affixed on each envelop.
  • Self Addressed post card with Rs. 5/- stamp affixed for acknowledgement.
